Our objectives are:
- Realize value for our shareholders in natural resources through transactions and partnerships
- The Directors will utilise both internal and external expertise to develop the mineral assets and investigate potential opportunities
- Effect strategic investments in other natural resource opportunities
- Maintaining a disciplined asset and cost base
- Work with local partners who will be actively engaged in the process of exploration and project development
Our strategy is:
- Corporate and Organic Growth
- Undertake exploration of our mineral assets to ultimately increase the value of the assets through the resource estimations and, where appropriate, commence production
- Generate growth through strategic investments
- Spin-out subsidiaries through clean IPO and/or RTO
- Multi-commodity approach reduces risk
